Almond Energy Bites
Ingredients
12 oz Almond Butter
8 oz of Organic Honey (can sub for agave if vegan)
12 oz GF rolled Oats
4 oz Sliced Almonds
4 oz Dried Cranberries or walnuts or chocolate chips
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (make sure they are fully incorporated), scoop out small amount of mix (about 2 oz) and roll into balls. Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
